That all people, including the most vulnerable, have a voice in decision-making, and each human being is treated in a way that preserves his or her dignity and rights.

You Can Help Us Meet Our Goals Of:

• Building and maintaining a coalition of agencies, private practitioners, institutions, businesses, government and individuals who work cooperatively to maximize human services.
• Identifying gaps in human services and advocating for their solutions
• Acting as a catalyst to creatively effect social change.
• Gathering and disseminating information relative to quality of life issues on the East End.
• Networking among members to utilize existing services efficiently.
• Insuring the stability and financial integrity of the Council.
