We either offer theses now in our Development Center or we refer clients to organizations that do. We are always working to offer more direct empowerment.

Education - We help clients toward empowerment, GED's etc...

Jobs - Openings, Training, Opportunities, Etc...

Counseling - We work with the Family Counseling Service and others...

Child Care - Referrals...

Housing - Work with Madonna Heights and others, on temporary housing, always working toward permanent housing for our clients.

Build and maintain a coalition of agencies, private practitioners, institutions, businesses, government and individuals who work cooperatively to maximize human services.

Founded in 1976, Peconic Community Council (PCC) is a coalition of organizations and individuals dedicated to the promotion and preservation of the highest level of health and human services for all people in Eastern Suffolk County, New York.
We believe that working together...
...we can create an environment where, everyone has the right to a suitable place to live, with access to affordable health and human services. That all people, including the most vulnerable, have a voice in decision-making, and each human being is treated in a way that preserves his or her dignity and rights.
