Multi-Service Empowerment

We either offer theses now in our Development Center or we refer clients to organizations that do. We are always working to offer more direct empowerment.

  • Education - We help clients toward empowerment, GED's etc...
  • Jobs - Openings, Training, Opportunities, Etc...
  • Counseling - We work with the Family Counseling Service and others...
  • Child Care - Referrals...
  • Housing - Work with Madonna Heights and others, on temporary housing, always working toward permanent housing for our clients.

  • Act as a catalyst to creatively effect social change.
  • Gather and disseminate information relative to quality of life issues on the East End.
  • Network among members to utilize existing services efficiently.
  • Insure the stability and financial integrity of the Council.
