We continue to gather and disseminate information relative to quality of life issues on the East End.

We continue to network among members to utilize existing services efficiently.

We insure the stability and financial integrity of the Council.

We believe that working together... we can create an environment where, everyone has the right to a suitable place to live, with access to affordable health and human services. That all people, including the most vulnerable, have a voice in decision-making, and each human being is treated in a way that preserves his or her dignity and rights
